И как только в Киеве стали появляться разного рода агитации для участия в обновленной версии старой доброй финансовой пирамиды, - местные власти забили тревогу. Что только не предлагали сделать в противодействие детищу Мавроди – от законодательной инициативы до народного ополчения. Но время прошло, а «МММ-2011» чувствует себя в украинской столице более чем просто хорошо. Чем обусловлены такие выводы? Все очень просто: на улице май 2012 года, а реклама финансовой пирамиды с каждым днем распространяется с новой силой и энтузиазмом.
В Киеве, как и в остальных крупных городах страны, активно открываются и офисы-клубы «МММ-2011». У организаторов отечественной версии пирамиды, видимо, все очень неплохо с финансами – в столице работает порядка 30 клубов обновленной «МММ», большинство из них установлены в густонаселенных районах Киева, а также в самом сердце столицы. Согласно статистическим данным, сегодня порядка 5 млн украинцев принимают участие в «МММ-2011».
Клубы финансовой пирамиды были замечены в Оболонском районе, недалеко от ст. м. Дружбы народов и даже на центральной улице Киева Крещатике – офис расположился в 100 м от м. Театральная. Из «новинок» - весеннее открытие клуба в столичном торговом центре «Метроград». Кстати, во время «рождения» офиса всем желающим раздавали по 20 долларов (бонус при регистрации в «МММ-2011»), и, как отметили организаторы «невиданной щедрости», бонус был введен не зря – практически все, получившие деньги, тут же вложили их в оборот финансовой пирамиды.
А пока одни киевляне радуются открытию новых клубов «МММ-2011», другие недоумевают – почему пресловутое детище Сергея Мавроди, обанкротившее в 80-е миллионы людей (по разным оценкам, от «МММ» в свое время пострадали от 10 до 15 миллионов человек – Авт.), так активно процветает на территории Украины. За ответом идем к специалистам.
Как оказалось, законодательством Украины финансовые пирамиды не запрещены. Более того, «МММ-2011» официально не внесена в Государственный реестр финансовых учреждений, а, значит, деятельность финансовой пирамиды, как на территории Киева, так и на территории Украины, ничем не регламентирована.
Специалисты же финансовой сферы, несмотря на фактическую законность действий «МММ-2011» в Украине, участвовать в проекте соотечественникам не советуют – ссылаясь к опыту прошлых лет, экономисты отмечают, что финансовые пирамиды структуры крайне неустойчивые и могут развалиться в любой момент.
«Подвох» пирамиды в том, что невозможно проверить, сколько денег на ее счету, прозрачность операций. Выдумано ли это или нет», – объяснил директор Украинского аналитического центра Александр Охрименко.
Специалисты также отмечают, что финансовые пирамиды живут, только пока привлекаются новые вкладчики. Когда же живой финансовый поток заканчивается, рушится и вся система пирамиды – нечем рассчитываться по счетам и неоткуда брать новые деньги.

А вот киевлянка Мария Солодар мнения экспертов не разделяет. Девушка принимает участие в «МММ-2011» с осени прошлого года, и благодаря финансовой пирамиде в свои 20 лет пользуется всеми материальными благами, которые для простого студента остаются недоступными.
«Решила принять участие в «МММ» после того, как посмотрела фильм «Пирамида» и прочла одноименную книгу Сергея Мавроди. Мне понравилась идея, и я решила попробовать поиграть, прикоснуться к истории», - рассказывает Солодар.
За небольшой период девушке удалось выиграть «кругленькую сумму», и выходить из пирамиды она не собирается. «Изначально я вложила 600 долларов. Прибыли долго ждать не пришлось. Спустя три месяца я приобрела автомобиль Audi TT, купила норковую шубу, Iphone и съездила отдохнуть на море. Естественно, полную сумму выигрыша сказать не могу, но уточню: в свои 20 лет я полностью себя содержу, инвестирую, и буду продолжать инвестировать в бизнес, а все вышеперечисленные приобретения, в связи с выигрышами в «МММ», скажу честно, далеко не последние», - признается киевлянка.
Кроме этого, Мария с удовольствием агитирует всех, кто сомневается в действенности «МММ-2011». Сейчас за регистрацию просто так дают 20 долларов – их можно забрать себе или вложить в «МММ» и начать играть», - уверяет студентка.
Что ж, как видим, мнения по поводу «МММ-2011» и ее деятельности на территории Украины явно расходятся. Но если в Киеве и других крупных городах страны продолжают открываться клубы-офисы «МММ» и никто этому не препятствует, значит, видимо, Мавроди, все-таки сумел подружиться с Украиной.

Мария Солодар работала в Украине в МММ-2011. НО!!! Не покупала акции и не была участником пирамиды. она была "помощником" (ну вы поняли) какого-то БОССа, не была участником пирамиды. Купила или ей купили ауди ТТ и точно также ездила на ней, косвенно говоря, мол я прошла тернистый путь в МММ-2011 и вот я заработала. Уже тогда это был РАЗВОД.
